How do I choose the right dart weight for my throwing style?
Most players start with a weight between 22g and 24g. Heavier darts (25g+) generally require less effort to throw straight, while lighter darts (18g-21g) offer more control for players with a faster, more forceful release.
Do you offer international shipping for dartboards and cabinets?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that due to the weight of dartboards and wooden cabinets, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the total weight of your parcel.
What is your return policy for customized or personalized flights?
While we accept returns on standard stocked items within 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized flights, engraved barrels, or custom-made shafts unless they are found to be defective.
Are the dart points replaceable if they become blunt or broken?
Yes, steel tip points can be replaced using a specialized re-pointing tool. If you do not have the equipment, we offer a professional re-pointing service for any barrels purchased through our store.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For larger club orders, we also offer bank transfer options upon request.
How can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's portal where you can monitor your delivery's progress.
